Why Project Fyr?
Throughout my career I’ve helped create products, improve manufacturing processes, and lead projects. Over time, I realized that the same structured problem-solving could help local businesses create better experiences for the people they serve.Project Fyr Malmö is simply that belief put into practice.We believe every small business deserves the same quality of customer experience thinking that large organizations can afford.Project Fyr is a volunteer-driven, pro bono initiative where people donate their time and skills to strengthen local businesses and the communities around them.
This isn't a finished idea. It's an invitation to build it together.

Looking for three co-creators
I’m looking for three curious people to help shape Project Fyr from the very beginning. You don’t need to be an experienced Service Designer. You might come from engineering, business, education, technology, healthcare, design—or something completely different.What matters most is curiosity, empathy and the desire to make a positive difference together.If you believe thoughtful problem-solving should be accessible to everyone, I’d love to hear from you.
